ITINERARY


Friday 

  • Pickups [HJ, Nal Stop] 23:15-23:45

    • Exact timing Details will be shared 24 Hrs before the trek


Saturday

  • Reach base village(bamnoli) by 04:00

  • Rest in buses for 1-2 hrs till 06:00

  • Freshen up and get ready

  • Breakfast 07:15-07:45

  • Start Boat Ride by 08:15

  • Boat ride(~90 Mins) to Vasota trek start point

  • Start trek by 10:00

  • Reach top(everyone) by 12:30

  • Explore, Lunch(Packed)

  • Start descend by 13:30

  • Reach trek start point(near boat) by 15:45

  • Start return boat ride by 16:00

  • Reach bamnoli 17:30

  • Hi-Tea

  • Camp Setup, Enjoy free time

  • Campfire

  • Dinner(Veg/Chicken/Fish) around 20:30

  • Campfire

  • Good Night :)


Sunday

  • Wake up by 07:00

  • Freshen up

  • Breakfast 09:00

  • Start return journey by 10:00

  • Drop at locations(same as pickup) 13:30-14:00

Things to Carry:

  • Water : 2 Lt

  • Dry eatables[Avoid fried items]

  • Suncap

  • Personal Medications (if any)

  • Good grip trekking shoes

    • Suggestion: Action Trekking

    • We  are using this for Sahyadri Treks from past few years now

Good to Follow

  • Avoid wearing jeans or clothes that restricts leg movement

  • Preferably wear full sleeve shirt/t-shirt and full track pant

  • Wear Sports/Trekking shoes [Check, shoes has good grip, consult any regular trekker]

Cancellation & Refund

  • Policy will be strictly followed for ALL TYPES of cancellations

  • No Refund of processing and gateway charges, if any.

  • Trek Charges Refund

    • Cancelled before 72 hrs to trek start time : Refund 90%

      • Ex. If event start time is Sat 06.30 am, cancellation until Wed 06.30 am comes in this category

    • Cancelled within 72 hrs to 24 hrs window to trek start time : Refund 50%

      • Ex. If event start time is Sat 06.30 am, cancellation between Wed 06.30 am until Fri 06:30 am

    • Cancelled within 24 hrs to trek start time : Refund 25%

      • Ex. If event start time is Sat 06.30 am, cancellation between Fri 06.30 am until start of the trek

    • No Intimation : No Refund

    • Replacement, post filling registration form is strictly NOT ALLOWED
