- Proceed to board Tempo Traveler.
- 12:15 Arrive at the hotel near Tadoba National Park.
- Freshen up and have lunch.
- 14:30 Arrive at the Safari Gate.
- Begin the safari at 15:00.
- Safari concludes at 19:00.
- Return to the hotel.
- Snack time.
- Dine.
- Good night.
Saturday
- 04:30 Wake up early.
- Freshen up and have tea.
- 05:15 Arrive at the Safari Gate.
- Embark on a safari from 05:30 to 09:30.
- Have breakfast.
- Take some rest.
- Lunchtime.
- 14:30 Reach the Safari Gate.
- Begin the safari at 15:00.
- Safari ends at 19:00.
- Return to the hotel.
- Dinner.
- Rest well.
Sunday
- 04:30 Rise and shine.
- Freshen up and have tea.
- 05:15 Arrive at the Safari Gate.
- Commence the safari from 05:30 to 09:30.
- Enjoy breakfast.
- Pack up at the hotel around 11:00.
- Depart for Nagpur at 12:00.
- Lunch on the way.
- 17:00 Arrive at Nagpur Station.
- 18:00 Board the train to Pune.
Monday
- 09:30 Reach Pune Station.
COST
Pune to Pune:
- Rs. 18,000/- per person for 2-3 people sharing a room
- Rs. 17,000/- per person for 6-8 people sharing dorm
Nagpur to Nagpur:
- Rs. 16,000/- per person for 2-3 people sharing a room
- Rs. 15,000/- per person for 6-8 people sharing dorm
Tadoba to Tadoba:
- Rs. 15,000/- per person for 2-3 people sharing a room
- Rs. 14,000/- per person for 6-8 people sharing dorm
Kids aged 5 years and below will have a fixed fee of 4000/-.
Kids aged between 5 and 8 will be charged a flat fee of 8000/-.
For children aged between 8 and 12, the cost is equivalent to the adult rate, with a discount of 1000/- if a separate train berth is not needed.
INCLUSIONS
- Train Tickets: 3AC from Pune to Nagpur and return
- Travel from Nagpur to Tadoba and back: Private AC 17/26 seater Tempo Traveler
- 4 Safaris: 2 Core Safaris, 2 Buffer Safaris
- Accommodation: AC Private Room for 2 days
- Meals:
- Friday: Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee, Dinner
- Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea/Coffee, Dinner

REGISTRATION PROCESS
You have the option to make payments in installments. For precise details, kindly get in touch with us.
Determine the Amount with the Following Guidelines:
- For Individual Participant Registration: Amount = Trip Fees
- For Group Registration: Amount = Trip Fees multiplied by the Number of participant
Payment Steps:
- To complete the payment, you can either scan the provided QR code or use the provided UPI ID (click the "Book Now" button).
- If you're using a mobile device, download the QR code image and then utilize your UPI app to scan the QR code from your device's gallery.
- Keep track of the UPI reference number or the last 4 digits of the transaction ID for your records.
Registration Form:
- Upon receiving a successful payment notification, your registration is confirmed.
- No separate notification will be sent.
- Please complete the registration form after making the payment: Trip Registration Form
WhatsApp Group:
- The registration form will request your WhatsApp number, which will be utilized to establish an event group on WhatsApp.
- All further trip-related information will be shared within this group.
- This WhatsApp group will be created 30 days prior to the commencement of the trip.
Trip Fees Refund Policy:
- Cancellation at any time after booking and before the event start day: No Refund
- No Show: No refund
