Andharban Trek Is Cross Country Trek .Old Trade Route That Connects Sahyadri Western Ghat Village To Kokan village.This Is All Descend Trek With Gradual Gradient .You Will Enjoy Lots Of Waterfalls Enroute.We Need To cross 2 to 3 Small Water Streams which leads Our Way to Dense Jungle .In day Light Sun rays not Able To Reach The Ground Due To dense Forest Thats Why It Named as Andharban (Dark Dense Jungle).

  • Beginners and First timers, this should be avoided

  • Prior trek experience or at least an experience of walking 10 Km is required. We have to walk for approx 14 Km on uneven terrain.

ITINERARY

Saturday Jul 06

  • Pickups [HJ, Nal Stop] 04:30-05:00

    • Exact timing Details will be shared 24 Hrs before the trek

  • Reach start point (Base Village) by 08:30

  • Breakfast at Base Village

  • Introduction and Start Trek start by 09:30

  • Reach mid-point around 12:00

  • After crossing Hirdi, break for packed snacks

  • Resume trek towards end point

  • Reach end point (All Participants) by 16:30

  • Lunch

  • Start return journey by 18:00

  • Tea break[TTMM] if time and other conditions are in favor 

  • Drop at pickup locations 21:30-22:00

Inclusion:

  • Travel[Non Ac bus 17/32 Seater]

  • Breakfast

  • Packed Snacks

  • Lunch

Exclusion:

  • Evening tea and/or snacks if we stop for tea break

  • Anything not mentioned in inclusion

Things to Carry:

  • Water : 2-3 Lt

  • Dry eatables[Avoid fried items]

  • Extra pair of clothes, Towel

  • Bag to keep wet clothes

  • Raincoat/Umbrella

  • Personal Medications (if any)

  • Good grip trekking shoes

    • Suggestion: Action Trekking [These are unisex]

    • We  are using this for Sahyadri Treks from past few years now

Good to Follow

  • Avoid wearing jeans or clothes that restricts free movement

  • Preferably wear full sleeve shirt/t-shirt and full track pant

  • Wear Sports/Trekking shoes [Check, shoes has good grip, consult any regular trekker]

Registration Process

  • Single Participant Registration : Book Now(Individual) Link

    • This is for individual registration. You will not get option to choose number of participants.

  • Group Registration : Book Now(Group) Link

    • This is for group booking. Payments for multiple participants can be done in one go. 

    • Calculate amount as Trek Fees*Number of participants, mention this on payment link and proceed with payment

    • If you observe payment failure even after repeated try out, please proceed with  Book Now(Individual) link and pay individually for every participant

  • Registration Form

    • Consider Paytms payment successful notification as confirmation of registration

      • No separate notification will be sent

    • You will receive registration form within 24 Hrs of payment

    • Its mandatory to be filled by every individual participant within stipulated time(will be mentioned with the link)

      • This form will be sent as text message to mobile number, used for payment

      • If its group booking, share this form with everyone for whom you booked the trek

      • Failing to fill this form within deadline will cancel your registration without any notice and without refund

  • What's App group

    • Registration form will ask whats app number which will be used to create event group on whats app

      •  All further information will be shared on group

      • This will be created in 48-72 hrs window to trek start time

Cancellation & Refund

  • Policy will be strictly followed for ALL TYPES of cancellations

  • No Refund of processing and gateway charges, if any.

  • Trek Charges Refund

    • Cancelled before 72 hrs to trek start time : Refund 90%

      • Ex. If event start time is Sat 6.30 am, cancellation until Wed 6.30 am comes in this category

    • Cancelled within 72 hrs to 24 hrs window to trek start time : Refund 50%

      • Ex. If event start time is Sat 6.30 am, cancellation between Wed 6.30 am until Fri 6:30 am

    • Cancelled within 24 hrs to trek start time : Refund 25%

      • Ex. If event start time is Sat 6.30 am, cancellation between Fri 6.30 am until start of the trek

    • No Intimation : No Refund

    • Replacement, post filling registration form is strictly NOT ALLOWED
